Workshop bookings

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable.

Mobile booking requests

If we cannot accept your requested mobile appointment, we’ll offer alternative times first. If none are suitable, we’ll refund your £20 deposit in full.
