Workshop bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Mobile appointments are requests until ClearBeam confirms the location, appointment time and final price.

The £20 mobile deposit is paid towards the final service price. If we cannot accept your requested appointment, we’ll offer alternatives first and refund the deposit in full if none are suitable.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a confirmed appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are not refundable.

Results depend on the condition of each headlight. Restoration improves appearance and clarity but is not a guarantee of MOT outcome or light output.
